คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1-2 year contract with second year based on performance open to applicants of any nationality.
Attractive remuneration with accommodation and vehicle provided.
Work permit provided.
Responsible for developing and expanding the operation including marketing strategies and supporting services of short-term serviced accommodations.
To utilize suitable multimedia resources in the promotion and marketing of the ?product?.
To explore and develop strategies aimed at new and existing customer profiles.
Bachelor or Master?s Degree in related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in the Thai short-term rental sector.
Sales management experience with demonstrated leadership, sales, organizational and planning skills.
Strong skills and experience in multimedia for promotion and marketing of the ?product?.
