คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commercial or related fields.
  • At least 3 years experience in telemarketing / Call Center.
  • Good understanding of call center operations and particularly outbound sales environment.
  • Able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of Tele-sales.
  • Strong sales drive and understanding of drivers to achieve sales success.
  • Able to motivate team member proven success in hands-on team management and coaching.
  • Good communication skill in Thai and English, have Computer literacy.

  • To manage and support a team of telemarketing and implement day-to-day operations
  • Responsible for handling enquiries and complaints when referred by Tele-Sales
  • Responsible for ensuring that the team meets service levels and other key performance indicator targets
  • Responsible for producing and analyzing Tele-Sales and team performance. To monitor and track sales performance
