คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :	Bachelor's Degree or higher with a recognized university Degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Political Science ,Psychology or other related field. At least 3 years of experience in handling Employee Relations, Labor Law, Welfare and Benefits, Administration and having excellent knowledge of modern HR Management. Relatively good English skills ; written and oral Proficient with all MS Office application and presentation skills
รายละเอียดงาน :	Roles Responsibilities: Manage and control the implementation of disciplinary actions within operations; provides advice and negotiates for any grievances occurred i.e. come up with recommendations for operations and also other legal considerations Assist HR Section Manager to manage and control welfare and administration functions to best serve and support all staff according to the set welfare policy; reviews welfare regulations on an annual basis and revises as deemed appropriate. Prepare warning letters and other documents which involved with legal considerations Prepare monthly welfare and administration report to inform direct supervisor of medical expenses, of claims, and amount of assistant funds from the company and traveling / transportation expenses classified by department. Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor. Characteristics & Behaviors: High level of interpersonal and leadership skills to work effectively with others and possess good planning skills. Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex. Maturity, good customer service, positive attitude and familiar wor king with under pressure. High level of independent judgment and systematic thinking
