คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :	We expect this person to be a career human resources professional with the minimum of 10 years of direct human resources work experiences from both manufacturing and corporate environments wherein past responsibilities have included all areas of human resources management and development, with primary focus in the areas of talent management, compensation and benefits, and training and development. We expect this human resources professional to be well-networked within the automotive industry and to be a specialist in people development functions. Fluency of the English language is a must, coupling with extensive knowledge in labor relations.
รายละเอียดงาน :	This position, based in downtown Bangkok, reports directly to the company’s expatriate Chief Executive Officer. It is well within the responsibilities of this General Manager of Human Resources to create the company’s overall human resource systems from scratch, look after the welfare and benefits of company’s 40 employees, and ensure that proper training and development systems are in place to ensure employee’s career succession planning and maximum satisfaction. This General Manager of Human Resources will be given a chance to build his or her own team to support the human resource functions of the company. Other major accountabilities include effective manpower planning, recruitment and retention, employee relations activities, performance review and appraisal, and talent management. The company has an extensive growth plan for the future, and thus is looking for a committed individual with passion to excel given enough resources and supports
