Dana Spicer (Thailand) Ltd. is an affiliate of Dana Corporation, a global leader in automotive manufacturing industry which has Headquarter in US. We have 2 facilities in Thailand, driveshaft facility in Ladkrabang Industrial Estate and axle facility in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong). We attained Thailand Quality Class Award, ISO/TS16949:2002, ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:1996 certification. To cope with the company growth and business expansion, we are urgently looking for candidates to work at our driveshaft facility (Ladkrabang Plant) with following qualifications.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :	Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field from an accredited institution A minimum of three years experience in supplier quality engineering in manufacturing or related product/process Automotive Manufacturing background is preferred. Experience in CMM, Gage control, and supplier control is preferable. Good Knowledge in Metallurgy, MSA, SPC, QC tools, ISO9000, QS9000, APQP processes or ISO/TS16949. Good team player, participation and listening skills Capable of handling multiple priorities and tasks Good in written and oral communications; PC software; and presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within and outside Dana. Good problem solving skills, including ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges
รายละเอียดงาน :	Plan and audit internal’s supplier system assessment (SSA) and supplier process audit for their capability on technology and quality system requirement. Plan and audit supplier capacity to meet customer requirement. Monitor supplier’s quality system ISO/TS16949, 9001 and ISO14001 requirements on plan. APQP review with internal’s supplier. Follow PPAP submission & review with supplier. Packaging for material review. Follow up the status of Supplier Engineering Change Request / Engineering Deviation Request Coordinate with supplier’s root cause and corrective action on supplier quality, development/ improvement concerns, monitor supplier improvement plan. Participate in a cross-functional team such as APQP meeting.
