- Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment. Perform drawings? translation, specifications, manuals, and other applications data, prepare material request, oversee Nesting-CNC operation and programming, production and assemblies processes coordinate. Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products, using drafting tools or computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software. Report to Project Managing Director.

- Male, Age 25-28 Years, Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years in steel manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of steel structure and setting of Metallurgy.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings. Good knowledge of Auto Cad 2006 is required.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and performing.
- Good knowledge of English language is required. (Reading/ listening/ speaking).

- Responsible for all aspects of the daily management and operations of company purchasing process
- Implement appropriate bidding strategies, negotiation and monitoring of contract performance.
- Produce and recommend new purchasing policies and procedures to management and advise operating departments on the implementation.
- Implement the computerized purchasing systems in order to meet changes in companys policies and procedures, contracts and agreements.
- Lead the sourcing process, supplier selection, finalize commercial agreement with supplier and manage supplier performance under responsible area, in order to get the best value for money for the operating unit.
- To carry out full supplier assessment, reviewing, proposing improvement programs, and maintains good supply chain relationships with critical / preferred suppliers.
- To develop and continually review supplier base and improve supplier base in order to meet business requirement.
- To initiate and work with other function to deliver the cost saving initiative to support company.
- To lead the import custom clearing process for import material and machine (under BOI privilege) in order to ensure company achieve the best utilize of all privilege and meet government regulation.
- To undertake purchasing functions from request for quotation, commercial review, issue purchase order and ensure payment is made correctly.

- 8-10 years experience in purchasing (both overseas & local) for sourcing supplier/constructor, making the contract, quotation and bill of quality
