System Support Supervisor – Urgently Required

รายละเอียดของงาน
  • Manage the 2nd-level tech support team to ensure that the IT support functions are performed as per the agreed processes
  • Provide 3rd-level IT support to M’s call center technical team; be the IT subject matter expert for customer service cases that cannot be solved by the 2nd-level support team
  • Liaise with the M’s IT development team to identify fixes that need to be develop to prevent system problems
  • Provide basic IT computing support to the users inside the Thailand office (e.g. network setup, troubleshooting basic computing problems, e-mail problems)
คุณสมบัติ
  • Be a Thai national with good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • Have at least 2-3 years experience working in the IT system support or IT Operations function; experience designing workflow process for IT support function will be a big plus.
  • Have working knowledge of networking, Windows-based programming, Windows Server environment administration, Web programming, IT security, and database programming using MS SQL2005 (Stored Procedure, Job Package, DTS)

  • Knowledge on VBA programming using Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel and C
  • using Visual Studio will be an advantage
  • Be enthusiastic, service-oriented, and has good interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work on flexible schedule an be on call for system support when needed
